Why it exists
Most AI news breaks on X and Hacker News. If you don’t spend your days there, it’s hard to tell which of the week’s launches, papers and deals matter, and which are noise.
Latent Weekly picks the stories that matter and explains each one in plain words: what happened and why it matters, for anyone. Then, where it helps, a note for builders: the specs, the code and what to try.
Who writes it
I'm Amartya Yadav, an intellectual omnivore and a software engineer at Walmart, based in Bengaluru. I read the week's papers, launches and threads so you don't have to. You can find me on X at @evilseyee.
